Raised in a small rural town on small farm in the pacific northwest, service to others became natural. When the only Level One Trauma hospital in NE Florida offered employment, it became an easy decision for the next ten years. Being of assistance to family and patients on their very worst days was an honor and a period of personal self-growth. Once bones are casted and wounds heal, it was clear that people suffer in silence from wounds that we don’t openly address or know how to heal. Passionate about making a difference, she found her purpose as a PMHNP, graduating from JU with her master’s degree.
Knowing that it does not take a traumatic event to seek guidance in mental healthcare, her mindfulness in implementing mental fitness in everyday to life is what makes her care unique to her clients.
In life we all need community and a place that feels like we are heard, looked out for, and loved. My goal is to offer a safe place to honestly discuss and collaborate on ways to achieve your healthiest mental fitness.
